Biagio Mastroianni was born in Lucerne in 1969 and graduated as a photolithographer. His cultural background of italian emigrants parents from Naples and his chosen “exile” in London have influenced his work and he created a series of etchings especially for this exhibition: Scenes of London and Lottery Numbers (in Naples people who are about to buy lottery tickets ask dream interpreters to convert all their experiences during the day and their dreams during the night into numbers.).
